Dohatech HealthService is a private limited company with a big heart and a mission. Our mission is to bring change, have an impact and to supply a quality service to those individuals in our society who may be deemed vulnerable and/or in need. Whilst building a successful profitable business is key Dohatech HealthService wants to truly create a social eco-system that helps the individual and the community to support each other whilst promoting well-being.

Dohatech HealthService is here to respond to a vital and growing social need. We are promoting and tackling:

Mental well-being of vulnerable persons and their carers
Loneliness and relationships (offering respite and access + socialisation)
Support to frontline services i.e. NHS, A&E, Ambulance, Police and Fire etc

Dohatech Healthservice provides person centred care for the service users in their various homes and the community. Our core values are at the centre of everything we do and we recruit people who share these values. We are committed to supporting all Service Users so that they can continue their lives with dignity and independence and be participating members of their own communities. Dohatech HealthService is committed to meeting the needs of those people entrusted to our care. We ensure that Service Users are able to live the lives they choose and Dohatech HealthService will support them to remain independent in their own homes.

We aim to offer skilled, compassionate, and responsive care to enable Service Users to achieve their optimum state of health and well-being. Individual choice and personal decision-making are the right of all Service Users and this right will be supported by all staff at Dohatech HealthService. The right of independence will be respected and encouraged for all Service Users. The individual uniqueness of Service Users will be recognised and valued, and we will reflect this in our Care Plans and how we listen and respond to Service Users.

Our service users are offered opportunities to participate in meaningful activities that promote their health and mental well-being. The individual requirement for privacy will be respected always and all information relating to individuals will be treated in a confidential manner. We recognise the individual need for personal fulfilment and aim to support Service Users to identify activities that are meaningful to them.

Our services are tailored to meet your needs and we support both private and social care customers. We take the time to come and meet you to discuss exactly what you need from us to ensure we fully understand what’s important to you and how we can deliver outstanding person-centred care in a way that you are happy with. We offer both short and long term care packages, live-in care and end of life care and recognise every package of care is different depending on the needs and wishes of the individual.

Housekeeping
We can help with your light domestic chores eg changing bed linen, hoovering, laundry, dusting and washing up.

Personal Care
We are able to support you with most aspects of person care e.g. dressing, oral hygiene, washing, continence care to name but a few, and our carers are trained and respectful of your needs at all times whilst maintaining dignity and privacy.

Meals
We are able to go grocery shopping for you or with you and can help you prepare and cook simple meals whilst supporting you with good nutritional choices

Social Support and Company at Home
We can come and have a cup of tea and chat with you at home, take you out to meet your friends or go and watch a film at the cinema with you.

Medical Appointments
If you need someone to accompany you to a medical appointment then our carers are able to do this
