Grace 24/7 Care Ltd was incorporated a number of years ago and since then has been a true contender in the provision of highly skilled and trained registered nurses and carers all over the UK. We pride ourselves in the provision of nursing staff of high calibre and support services that promotes independence within the community and the hospitals.
Our mission is to be the leading provider of workforce and staffing solution in the health and social care sectors in our chosen markets. Grace 24/7 Care gives support to people on continuing health care, end of life, palliative care as well as those individuals who receive Direct Payments. Our services are tailor-made to suit each individual client and our rates are highly competitive.
Grace 24/7 Care aims to provide care and support for people who cannot wholly look after themselves. We provide our service in your own home, at times convenient to you, and in ways you find most agreeable. We have sound principles for the way we run our service. Central to these is our belief that the rights of service users are paramount.
We aim to provide personal care and support in ways which have positive outcomes for service users and promote their active participation.
