Our team specialises in supporting adults aged 65 and over, including those living with dementia, Alzheimer’s disease, physical disabilities, sensory impairments, challenging behaviour, or frailty. We provide a wide range of services, including personal care, companionship, medication assistance, meal preparation (with dietary requirements fully supported), shopping, domestic help, rehabilitation, escorted outings, and respite for carers.

Care2Care respects individuality and diversity, offering cultural support (faith, values and beliefs), LGBTQ+ friendly carers, and male or female staff according to preference.

Our services are flexible, with hourly rates starting from £28.39. We accept funding from private/self-funding clients, Local Authority (including top-ups), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). Our multilingual team can also support Farsi and Urdu speakers.
