Service Overview
We provide regulated care and support services across most areas within the United Kingdom. We are committed to delivering safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led services in accordance with the fundamental standards set out by the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Our service is designed to meet a wide range of assessed health and social care needs. Where we are unable to provide direct support, we will signpost individuals and families to appropriate services to ensure continuity of care.
We work collaboratively with multidisciplinary Health and Social Care professionals, including GPs, community nurses, social workers, occupational therapists, and specialist clinicians. This partnership approach enables us to deliver person-centred care that is tailored to individual needs, preferences, and outcomes.
Scope of Services
We provide both short-term and long-term care packages, ranging from minimal intervention — such as welfare checks or reassurance calls — to complex, high-dependency 24-hour care delivered within the individual’s home.
Our areas of specialist support include:
End-of-life and palliative care, supporting both individuals and their families with dignity and compassion
Care for individuals who have experienced life-changing injuries
Support for people with acquired brain injuries
Care for individuals living with neurological conditions
Support for people with learning disabilities, including assistance with identifying and transitioning into appropriate accommodation
Complex care requiring skilled clinical oversight
All care is delivered in accordance with individualised care plans, risk assessments, and regularly reviewed support documentation to ensure safety, effectiveness, and positive outcomes.
