About Us

Real Life Options is a registered charity that supports people with learning disabilities and autism across the UK to have more choice and greater control over their lives. Our wealth of experience in providing individualised support packages including supported living models, outreach, residential care homes and respite breaks continues to grow year on year.

By working in partnership with individuals, their support networks and with sector-leading bodies, we seek innovative ways to ensure that the people we support have more choice and a real voice in how they live their lives. Through regular consultation and valuable feedback, we continually review and adapt our service provision, putting the people we support at the very heart of what we do.

Real Life Options was first established in 1992 to support and empower people with learning disabilities and autism to have more choice and greater control over their lives. Over the last three decades, we have grown to become a national provider of social support and care while staying true to our core ethos.

We support people across the UK to develop their independence and achieve their potential. We recognise that to be excellent in our field, we need to truly understand and champion the changing needs and aspirations of the people we support. Through partnerships with families, thought-leader organisations and professional services, we believe in constantly evolving and providing a person-centred approach at every step in an individual’s support journey.

About The Team

Our team is fully DBS checked to ensure safe and responsible recruitment. Infection Prevention and Control training is completed and kept up to date across the workforce. Further details about the team are available upon request.
