We are Seven Hills Homecare a small family run domiciliary care agency with over 35 years’ experience in care.

Registered Manager / Deborah May
Deborah started her career in care after leaving school as a residential care worker with Sheffield City Council, promoted to Assistant Principal in 1995, and Deputy Principal in 1996, she resigned in 2001 to care for adults with learning disabilities within her family home. in 2003 joined: Anchor Housing Association caring for the elderly and mentally infirm, Quantica Healthcare Agency which covered varied different care settings i.e. hospitals, residential homes, nursing homes and day centres and Leonard Cheshire Care at Home Services: supporting adults in their own homes. In 2008 disillusioned with the lack of quality and efficiency she started her own domiciliary care agency Intercare Services Ltd which she managed for 10 years until the company was sold. Deborah’s professional qualifications include:
• NVQ Level 2 (Care)
• NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers (Adults)
• NVQ Level 5 Diploma (Leadership for Health and Social Care)
Care Co-ordinator / Sarah Dolby
Sarah has worked in the care sector for over 20 years, becoming Care Co-Ordinator for Intercare Services from 2007 – 2022. Sarah’s professional qualifications include:
• NVQ Level 2 (Care)
• NVQ Level 3 (Care)
• NVQ Level 3 (Team Leadership)
• NVQ Level 5 Diploma (Leadership for Health and Social Care)
Service Users:
Our service provides care for any person over 18 years of age with diverse support and care requirements, care is provided to people with the following needs:
• Dementia care
• Degenerative conditions such as Parkinson’s & MS
• End of life care
• Sensory impairments
• Learning and physical disabilities
Care is equally available to people who live alone and those who live with carers. Whenever possible, we work in partnership with other professionals to maximise opportunities and to maintain Service User choice, rights, privacy, independence and fulfilment in their own environment and within the community, We offer support to adults to assist in daily tasks so they can remain in their own home and be as independent as possible. We develop individual care plans for each client, which can consist of:
• Personal care
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Supervising medication
• Light house duties
• Shopping & accompanied visits
Staff:
As an incentive to recruit good carers we have excellent rates of pay with enhancements for evenings & weekends plus mileage. all Care Workers have regular supervision meetings to ensure everyone is happy and to discuss any issues, support is also given to staff members who require additional help in Service Users homes.
Training:
All our Care Workers are trained to a minimum NVQ level 2 / 3 and are subject to full DBS and reference checks prior to taking up employment with Seven Hills Homecare.

• Basic First Aid & CPR
• Safeguarding Adults & Pova Health and Safety
• Infection Control
• Fire Safety
• Principles of Care
• Medication

Our service and well-being of both Service Users and staff are paramount and we ensure that all employees share this objective, we also ensure that the service meets all requirements necessary both from the Health and Social Care Standards and The Domiciliary Care Agencies Regulations 2002, and believe that Service User procurement is crucial for their own independence and encourage this 100%.
