Our History
Invest In Care was established in the UK in 2014 as a Health and Social care recruitment agency. We expanded and rebranded in 2017 where we further developed our services to provide Home and Supported living care for vulnerable young adults and the elderly.

Our vision for our service is to enable people to continue living independently in the comfort of their own homes. We deliver our care service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our mission is to provide a quality person centred care for all our service users.

In 2023 we added a service to to children and family who are eligible to receive support to enable them to take part in and enjoy local community life with our tailor- made family-based respite including supporting children in their own homes from getting ready for school to getting ready for bed, community to access outside social and leisure activities and even a bedtime story.

Our Ethos
We believe that our clients, individual and families, have complete control over the level of care they receive. We ensure that all parties are actively involved in the decision-making processes, which leads to a care package that everyone is happy with. We understand that empathy and emotional support is hugely important for any care provider, and we pride ourselves on providing an outstanding level of support and understanding throughout all our processes.

We also believe that good communication is essential in ensuring that all parties are happy with the level of care provided and support given and are always kept updated on progress and developments.

Our home care services are fully regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and we are recognised as one of Shropshire’s top home care providers.

Our Carers
All of our carers have one goal, to make a difference to the lives of those they care for. They understand that personal care goes well beyond physical needs, and that by offering companionship, empathy they can have an incredibly positive effect on a client’s wellbeing and happiness.

At Invest in care we ensure that only the best carers join our team. We have a robust and in-depth recruitment process to ensure that every member staff has a high-level of technical competence, hands-on experience, and has comprehensive skills, background and reference checks.

All staff receive regular in-house training to ensure that there care services are of the highest standard and that they are kept up to date with changes in care processes and procedures, legislation and company expectations.
