About Us
Our home is split into 5 separate households, each with its own dining and lounge area, care station and no more than 16 residents per household which helps to keep each floor a little more intimate for those living on them.
We offer short term, long term and day care.
The assistance we provide is to help our residents with all daily living tasks. Our caring team help with such things as getting up, washed and dressed, support with meals and help with medication administration. With a dedicated team of carers and an activity team keeping the home entertained and engaged, staff work hard to make this a great home.
Food is nutritionally balance with dietary requirements/intolerances catered for. Breakfast includes full English breakfast, toast marmalade jams and spreads, porridge and cereals, fruit, and yoghurt. Lunch is the main meal of the day and 3 courses, soup, main meal and a pudding and tea-time is a lighter bite such as sandwiches, savoury pastries, cakes and more.
We provide linen, bedding and towels and laundry is done within the home. Our friendly housekeeping team keep us ship shape and in order.
We create a care plan for each resident, have GP visits per week, as well as daily visits from Eastleigh District nurse team.
With profiling style hospital beds (with airflow mattresses for those who need them), call bells above the bed, another call bell in the walk-in shower rooms as well as one worn on the wrist. We have standing aids and hoists for supporting those with limited mobility and can offer double up care support.
Our large rear garden is paved and secure and many of our residents and their family enjoy a cuppa outside in the sun, in the warmer months.
Our fees are fully inclusive of Personal Care, Laundry, Housekeeping, Activities and of course a full meal plan as well as all day to day living costs.
The only other costs you may need to consider would be things such as hairdressing, newspapers, or services such as chiropody.
