About Us
We offer a range of bespoke, domiciliary and live-in Care Services to the elderly and other adults who need support. We promote independence and aim to support clients in the comfort of their own homes, avoiding the need for residential care.
We go far beyond just providing care. We want to get to know you and build a strong rapport, embracing your wishes and choices so that you can continue to do the things that you love to do. If something matters to you, then it matters to us, no matter how small it is.
We are a family run service, not a large franchise, so we are very involved with the day to day operations. We care about the services we provide and are very proud of our team and their work. At heart we have a great sense of commitment and accountability as we are personally invested in the quality of what we do.
It matters to us that our clients are happy with Services that we provide. We will therefore go above and beyond to help our Clients live full and independent lives, building open and honest relationships with Clients and their families. Therefore we strongly welcome feedback and encourage everyone to have the confidence to speak freely.
Where we are established and local, we have good knowledge of the area and services available to our Clients within the community, should they need or want anything.
We value our staff and appreciate that without them, we would not be able to provide the service that we do. All staff have passed a selection process, character assessment and have been DBS checked. We also provide them with full training and support further educational development.
