Our personalised home care services start from just £29.95 per hour and are tailored to meet a wide range of needs, whether you are funding care privately, with Local Authority support (including top-up), or through NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC).
We offer expert care for adults aged 18 and over, including the elderly and those with complex health needs. Our compassionate and highly-trained team provides support with conditions such as dementia (including Alzheimer’s), Parkinson’s, cancer, physical disabilities, mental health concerns, learning disabilities, Down’s syndrome, stroke recovery, and more. Specialist support is also available for catheter and stoma care, PEG feeding, diabetic care, substance misuse, and sensory impairments.
Our flexible services include:
- 24-hour and overnight care
- Hourly and respite visits
- Personal care and medication assistance
- Meal preparation, domestic help, and companionship
- Cultural and dietary support
- Escorted outings and rehabilitation including post-operative support
