About Us

Caring For You started business in 1988 and have held a contract with Portsmouth City Council for almost 40 years providing a high quality service for clients in their own home.

Caring For You promotes Person-Centred Care for all clients, putting the client in charge of how their care service is delivered to them.

We encourage all our clients to remain as independent as possible. Our role is to assist them in their daily tasks, ensuring safety in their home environment and giving them the dignity they deserve in their twilight years.

We’ll provide you with a comprehensive and tailored personal care service that covers the full range of daily activities and enables you to stay in your own home.

Our Personal Care services include:

Washing/Bathing
Catheter/Stoma Care
Oral care
Dressing
Toileting and Continence Care
Feeding
Skin Care/Pressure area care
Assistance with medication
Assistance with getting up or going to bed
Two person care team – for hoist and track transfers
All of the above services are provided by Care Workers making personal visits at agreed times to meet your needs and fit in with your lifestyle.

Following a free assessment of needs that will identify the services required, visits can vary in length from 15 minutes to one or more hours. One or more visit can be made throughout the day from anything from one day to seven days per week.

About The Team

Our team is fully DBS checked to ensure safe and responsible recruitment. All staff complete and maintain current Infection Prevention and Control training to support safe care delivery. Please get in touch for further information about the team.
