About Us
Established in 2019 by Kelly Coleman and Luke Thomas, Onpoint Homecare was founded with one clear purpose: to deliver compassionate, personalised care that supports individuals in living fulfilling lives at home.
We provide high‑quality, person‑centred support for adults aged 18–65+, working closely with families and advocates to design care plans that reflect each person’s unique needs and preferences. Our services range from daily living assistance and medication management to specialised care for conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s, and cancer.
At Onpoint Homecare, we believe the best place to receive care is in the comfort and familiarity of your own home. Remaining in a familiar environment enhances quality of life, offering security, peace, and independence. Our carers help you maintain your routines and enjoy the surroundings you love, while receiving the personalised care you need.
Our reputation is built on trust and integrity. We prioritise lasting relationships with clients and their families, maintaining open and transparent communication so you are always informed and involved in your care decisions. Our highly trained carers undergo ongoing training, regular DBS checks, and continuous service reviews to ensure the highest standards of safety and quality.
We understand that choosing a home care provider is a significant decision. That’s why our approach is centred on creating a supportive and nurturing environment where you can thrive. By listening, understanding, and working in partnership with you and your family, we provide care that enhances independence, wellbeing, and peace of mind.
Key Benefit: Personalised and compassionate care tailored to you because your comfort, dignity, and happiness matter most.
