Established in 2019 by Kelly Coleman and Luke Thomas, Onpoint Homecare was founded with one clear purpose: to deliver compassionate, personalised care that supports individuals in living fulfilling lives at home.

Our services range from daily living assistance and medication management to specialised care for conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s, and cancer.
