About Us
Northern Angels Care Manchester provides person-centred home care and support to adults in their own homes and within the community. We aim to promote independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing while delivering safe, reliable and compassionate care tailored to each individual.
Our services include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship, community access, domestic support, appointments, overnight care, live-in care and continuous 24-hour support. We can also support people with more complex or specialist needs following an individual assessment.
Every care package is planned around the person’s needs, preferences, routines and desired outcomes. We work closely with individuals, families and health and social care professionals to provide consistent and responsive support.
Our team is committed to providing dependable care, maintaining continuity wherever possible and regularly reviewing support to ensure it continues to meet the individual’s needs.
