Eagle Wings24 is a family-run domiciliary care company, covering Ferndown (Dorset) and the surrounding area.
Our care services are person-centered; the individual is fully involved in developing their care plan to know the best way to care for them. We are also working closely alongside district nurses, occupational therapists, GPs, local council, to ensure that we can deliver care that meets your specific needs.

Compliments and concerns procedures:
Eagle Wings24 welcomes all your feedback, because this helps us to improve our services. We have an open procedure for managing any complains and concerns. All our service users receive a copy of our procedures when the service starts. We want to make sure that you are in no doubt about how to voice any concerns that may arise or to give us good feedback.

Highly Trained Caregivers: Our caregivers undergo rigorous training, background checks, and continuous professional development to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to deliver exceptional care.
