About Living Well Homecare
Living Well Homecare is a CQC-registered domiciliary care provider committed to delivering safe, effective, compassionate, and person-centred care to people in their own homes. We support individuals to live with dignity, independence, and confidence, while ensuring their health, wellbeing, and personal choices remain at the heart of everything we do.
We understand that inviting carers into your home is a significant decision. For families and loved ones, trust, consistency, and reassurance matter just as much as quality care. That is why we take time to understand each person as an individual — their routines, preferences, cultural needs, communication styles, and what matters most to them — so care feels respectful, familiar, and supportive rather than clinical or rushed.
Our services include personal care, medication support, companionship, mobility assistance, and more complex care needs. Care is delivered in line with personalised care plans that are regularly reviewed and adapted as needs change. We work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and local services to ensure care is coordinated, responsive, and safe.
Safety and quality are central to how we operate. Our carers are carefully recruited, DBS-checked, trained, and supported to meet CQC standards and deliver care that is safe, effective, and well-led. We place strong emphasis on safeguarding, risk management, clear communication, and continuity of care, so service users and families can feel confident and reassured.
At Living Well Homecare, we believe care is about more than tasks — it is about relationships, trust, and peace of mind. Our goal is to help people remain in the place they know and love, supported by carers who treat them with kindness, respect, and professionalism.
