About Us
The Five Lamps Homecare team have been around since 2017, providing care across the whole of Teesside, within the comfort of your own home. They operate during the hours of 7am – 11pm Monday to Sunday. The care service is flexible and the length of times can vary from a ½ hour call, hourly or multiple hour visits during the day or evening.
The aim is to listen to you and take into account everything that is important to you whilst focusing on your independence, rights to choice, dignity and respect. Five Lamps Homecare strive to promote person-centred care tailored to service users needs. All service users are provided with their own team of carers, ensuring familiarity and continuity of care.
The service is available 365 days a year and inclusive of an on-call service outside of normal working hours. Five Lamps Homecare provide friendly, experienced and fully insured Care Assistants who have all had a Disclosure & Barring Service check and references obtained. All care staff receive mandatory training as required by the Care Quality Commission (CQC). For more information and prices, please contact the team.
Five Lamps also offer their service users and the wider community a Warm Welcome service which operates each Wednesday afternoon 1pm - 3pm at their easy accessible Five Lamps Community Hub on Thornaby Road, this is to help prevent social isolation and to enrich socialisation with the community.
