About Us

Frederick Street is a bungalow which houses x3 individuals. It is attached to 4 Frederick Street via a link/office. This service is Residential.
Staffing levels, during the day there is always 2 staff on duty, having 1 as DRP status who basically runs the shift. All staff are medication trained, during the night there is a waking night member of staff on duty if there is an emergency staff contact 4 Frederick house sleep over for support
We deliver 276 hours per week 10 of which are 1-1 hours.
In this service we support individuals who have
PKU - LD, Depression, Visual impairment, Hearing Impairment, Dwarfism, Profound Learning Disability, Cleft Palate and Epilepsy.
