About Us
FTG Care and Consultancy is a local care company in Hanley. We are CQC-registered to provide personal care for adults who need support to live in their own homes. We provide care tailored to your needs to support you to achieve what you wish to achieve.
Our Clients are the centre of our care. We will always listen to the needs and wishes of the Client. In this way the Client is actively involved in the care that is provided. FTG Care and Consultancy provides services in the home of the Client whenever required and, in the manner requested. Every care plan is fully adaptable to meet the ever-changing needs of the Client.
We recognise that small attentions to detail are important to Clients and therefore it is essential that all wishes, and preferences of Clients are noted and considered. FTG Care will support with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, companionship, shopping and other day-to-day tasks required by Clients. We are flexible and recognise changes in needs. We will work with you and/or your relatives to ensure you get the care and support you want.
What we do:
Domiciliary Care
If you do not need 24/7 care and you only need a few hours care a day, FTG Care can provide compassionate carers who are trained to provide pop in calls a few hours a day as needed. We can also provide overnight sit in or sleep in care.
Live In Care
FTG Care can provide live-in carers who are experienced to care for a range of needs, including personal care and supporting clients with their day-to-day living.
