About Us
Villa Care Agency is a registered company with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide Personal Care, which is a regulated activity. We must provide a statement of purpose detailing information about our service, so people can understand the service we provide. The registered Manager has overall responsibility in managing the service.
Our Aims are:
Villa Care Agency aims to provide services which allow Service Users to receive care from trained staff to promote and develop skills and practical support to enable individuals to live as independently as possible within their own home.
This can cover developing and maintaining daily living skills, emotional support as well as support in developing personal hygiene and financial assistance, whilst ensuring individuals dignity, self-esteem, privacy, and confidentiality is upheld and promoted at all times.
Villa Care Agency will deliver services at times and in a manner which is suitable to the Service User. Support is offered for the length of time which the individual needs remain. Service bands which we can cater for are:

We are committed to reviewing our service regularly to ensure we are consulting the aims and objectives through feedback and aspiration's from citizens and representatives.
Provide support for Care/Support Workers, and promote lifelong learning and investment in their continuous professional development
relating to individuals in a confidential manner.
Maintain comprehensive accurate records of the services delivered and of the people whom we support.
Ensure that customers are aware of how to make a complaint and feel comfortable using the complaints procedure.
