About Us
Warrengate Nursing Home is premier dementia nursing home located in the picturesque village of Kingswood, Surrey. Situated in a tree-lined private road, our home offers specialised care for residents with moderate and advanced dementia, ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
Our beautiful grounds and landscaped gardens provide a serene and stimulating environment for our residents to enjoy. At Warrengate, we prioritise nutritious meals, fulfilling activities, and compassionate care to meet the unique needs of each resident.
Our exceptional staff are the cornerstone of our home. Many of our team members enjoy long-standing careers due to thorough training and ongoing support. With two nurses on duty during the day and the support of our local GP, we ensure that our residents receive the highest quality of care and attention.
Care is not our entire focus however, as we realise that caregiving is a small part of a holistic approach to our resident’s wellbeing. We ensure individuals have their social and emotional needs met through a range of daily activity, as well as regular opportunities for our community to come together. These include large events such as our summer circus themed BBQ (the video of which is below), as well as facilitating intimate family dinners for special occasions. We also host informative sessions with and for our local healthcare professionals community, allowing us to stay up to date with the latest legislation, guidance and innovations and ensuring we stay ahead of the curve.
