Services Provided
• Domiciliary Care: Supporting individuals in their own homes with personal care, daily living tasks, and companionship.
• Live-in Care: Round-the-clock support within the individual’s home to promote safety, independence, and comfort.
• Night Care: Available as either sleep-in support for reassurance and safety or waking nights for continuous overnight assistance.
• Medication Management: Ensuring medications are taken safely and on time, including prompting or administering as required.
• Shopping and Meal Preparation: Assistance with grocery shopping, planning meals, and preparing nutritious food.
• Social Support: Encouraging engagement, companionship, and participation in social or community activities.
• Domiciliary Care: Personal care and support with daily living tasks delivered in the individual’s own home, promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing.
