About Us
Meadow Court is a supported living service in Taunton, providing high-quality, person-centred support to adults who require assistance to live independently within their own homes on our purposely developed site.
Our environment has been thoughtfully designed to promote independence while ensuring safety, accessibility and comfort. Each person lives in their own home, with the reassurance of consistent, tailored support available whenever it is needed.
We specialise in delivering 1:1 direct support packages, providing 24-hour support tailored entirely around the individual. This enables us to offer consistent, focused care that promotes stability, builds trusting relationships and supports positive outcomes.
Our approach is built on dignity, choice and control. Support plans are developed around each person’s strengths, goals and aspirations — never a one-size-fits-all model. We work closely with families, professionals and commissioners to ensure support remains responsive and outcome-focused.
At Meadow Court, we believe independence does not mean doing everything alone. It means having the right support, at the right time, in the right way — empowering people to live meaningful and fulfilling lives on their own terms.
