About Us

Whether you are looking for practical help with daily household tasks, assistance getting out and about in the community, or support to maintain your hobbies and interests, our compassionate and dedicated team of carers will ensure your needs are being taken care of, so you can focus on living life to the full.

We offer a range of home care services to help you live the life you choose in your own home:
- Assistance throughout the day, such as help to get up, wash and shower or bath
- Meal preparation
- Support with domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry and ironing as a regular arrangement or as a one-off session
- Respite support - allowing relief for your informal carers
- Overnight support - particularly for your family in case of an emergency
- Companionship
- Holiday support to ensure you can still go away, relax, and enjoy yourself
- Assistance with accessing appointments and activities in the local community
- Support with medication and telephone welfare checks
- Discharge from hospital, knowing that care is organised for your return home
- Care and support to individuals with complex care needs, as a result of perhaps one or more chronic conditions or a physical or learning disability
- Specialist care for people living with dementia
- Day care or short stays in our care homes can be arranged with our team
- End of life care

Who is eligible for home care?

As the largest provider of care in the South West, our home care teams across Somerset, Wiltshire, B&NES and Devon support those whose packages of care are funded by the local authority or the NHS Continued Healthcare (CHC) scheme, as well as those who are self-funding.

Our team of expert carers are skilled and trained to provide home care services for the elderly, as well as anyone who lives with:
- Physical disabilities
- Sensory loss or impairment, including those with dual sensory impairment
- Mental health disabilities
- Learning disabilities
- Palliative care needs
- Long-term or complex medical conditions

We don’t only offer home care for elderly members of our community - our home care services are open to anyone who needs them, including vulnerable individuals, families with children, and personal or family carers who need additional support in their homes.
