About Us

Our service is regulated by the Care Quality Commission under the Heath & Social Care Act 2008 (regulated activities) regulations 2014 and Care Quality Commission (registration) regulations 2009 (Part 4). We are regulated to carry out personal care and deliver Domiciliary care services and Nursing Care (Treatment of disease , disorder or injury) in the community.

Caero Healthcare was founded in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 pandemic to tackle the escalating social care staffing crisis. Our name, "Caero”, a portmanteau of three words: Caer, Care and Hero, is more than a label; it reflects our essence and mission.

Caer. This element honors the breathtaking hills of Caer Caradoc in Church Stretton, Shropshire, where our journey began, grounding us in the community that inspired our inception.

Care. A testament to our core mission, this represents our unwavering commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services essential to the wellbeing of our community.
