About Us

Welcome to Henley House a warm and supportive home located in the tranquil Church Road, Trench area of Telford. We understand how important it is to find the right home for yourself or a loved one; our dedicated team is here to provide expert, compassionate support tailored to each individual’s needs.

Henley House provides specialist mental health care within residential settings for up to 3 young people aged between 16 – 25 years of age. This care is delivered through a combination of a dedicated residential support worker team, supported and guided by a Multi-Disciplinary Team of qualified mental health professionals. The in-house MDTs consist of mental health nurses, psychotherapists and a social worker.

The primary aim is to provide a community mental health service for the following groups of people:

• Children and young people (aged 16-18) requiring a specialist ‘step-down’ service from a psychiatric in-patient (e.g. CAMHS tier 4) admission of assessment and / or treatment to facilitate their ongoing recovery
• Young people (up to age 25) requiring a community setting, as an alternative to an in-patient setting, for assessment and / or treatment of their mental health needs
• Young people (up to age 25) requiring continued care and treatment from either residential settings and / or hospitals, into early adulthood

We accept a variety of funding options including self-funding, local authority (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC), helping to ensure your future is secure and supported.

Located close to local amenities such as a doctor’s surgery, bank, convenience store, supermarket, bus and train stations, and a lovely park, residents can enjoy both independence and community links.

Henley House CCT is here to provide a safe and welcoming environment for you or your loved one to thrive.

Please don't hesitate to contact us to discuss your support needs. Your comfort, wellbeing, and happiness are at the heart of everything we do.
