About Us

At More Than Care, our mission is to provide truly person-centred, compassionate support that empowers adults to live fulfilling, dignified, and independent lives.
Founded in 2019 as a micro-provider with just one dedicated member of staff, we have grown into a trusted, CQC-regulated care service employing 30 skilled and compassionate professionals. Our growth reflects the real demand for our services.
We specialise in supporting adults with dementia who may present with heightened or behaviours that challenge, offering gentle, patient and understanding support rooted in empathy, consistency, and respect. Our team is trained to respond calmly and positively, ensuring individuals feel safe, valued, and truly heard.
More Than Care focuses on delivering high-quality 1:1 and 2:1 support through live-in care at home or within residential settings. Our care manager tailors every support plan to the individual, recognising that no two people are the same.
