Apperley House offers accommodation and personal care for ten people aged 18-65 who have profound and multiple learning and/or physical disabilities. Staff will undertake specific training to support individuals with very complex medical and social care needs.
Apperley House accommodates individuals with limited mobility and moderate to severe learning disabilities who will need support and guidance in all aspects of their lives. The home will endeavour to nurture the people we support holistically, to encompass physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs through the development of a detailed person centred care package. This will be regularly monitored and reviewed to take into consideration individuals changing and complex needs and wishes.
