Tucked away in a quiet and peaceful affluential location of Thames Ditton. Emberbrook is a purpose-built care home comprising 68 comfortable and well-appointed bedrooms across 2 floors. The units are named Ditton (Ground floor), George Tickler (GT) (Ground Floor) and Wandle and Mole both on the First floor.which specialise in Nursing Dementia care. There is a choice of social lounges on each unit and a dining unit on each unit. We have beautiful, landscaped gardens and a sensory garden You will feel right at home enjoying an activity in one of the social lounges or watching the birds in the outdoor space. When the sun goes down at night watch the garden come alive with an abundance of solar lights that are beautiful to look out on. Here at Emberbrook, the combination of personalised care plans, excellent facilities, a choice of daily activities and freshly prepared, nutritious meals mean that you will find all you need to ensure you can live a happy and fulfilled life.
The bedrooms are a minimum of 19 sqm and have ensuite toilet and sink and are well lit and spacious. There are communal toilets and bathrooms on each unit. Each unit has its own lounge and dining room. There are kitchenettes on each units so that drinks and snacks are available throughout the day. Visitors may also use the kitchenettes to make drinks.
Emberbrook Care Home offers personal centred care in a home from home environment for those in need of residential care.
Emberbrook Care Home also caters for people who live with dementia and dementia related confusion and memory deficit. Our staff ratio allows us to meet the extensive needs of this client group enables us to ensure that the requirements are met for everyone in our care.
We welcome both males and females, usually over the age of 65.
This accommodation is not suitable for older people whose needs can be met in their own home.
