Welcome to Graceland, a privately owned residential care home nestled in the heart of Thornton Heath. We provide a safe, supportive and welcoming environment for adults under the age of 65 who require specialist care and support, particularly individuals with learning disabilities, autism, or support needs relating to behaviours that challenge.

Our Facilities and Activities

Our comfortable facilities are designed to help residents feel at home, enjoy their surroundings and participate in meaningful activities.

Residents can enjoy our beautiful back garden, take part in a variety of activities, including bingo, and enjoy group outings. We encourage residents to explore their interests, develop new skills and enjoy social opportunities in a supportive environment.

We also arrange appointments with external hairdressing and podiatry services when required. Regular visits from healthcare professionals help support residents' health and wellbeing.

Mealtimes and Dining

At Graceland, we believe that mealtimes should be enjoyable, comfortable and centred around residents' individual needs and preferences.

We offer resident-choice menus and flexible dining arrangements, with the option of protected mealtimes in our communal dining room or, where appropriate, in the privacy and comfort of their own bedroom.

Our team aims to create a relaxed dining experience while supporting residents with their individual eating and drinking needs.

Comfortable and Personalised Accommodation

Our residents are offered comfortable, single en-suite bedrooms, each furnished with a single bed and designed to provide privacy, comfort and a sense of independence.

Residents are welcome to bring their own furniture and personal belongings, helping them create a familiar and personalised living space that truly feels like home.

All bedrooms are equipped with Wi-Fi and a TV point. Residents also have access to a shared kitchen where they can prepare their own drinks and enjoy opportunities to develop everyday living skills, with support when needed.

Convenient Location and Additional Support

Conveniently situated in Thornton Heath, Graceland is close to local amenities, transport links and medical services.

We provide support with laundry and can arrange escort assistance to medical appointments, according to residents' individual needs and care plans.

We also have a dedicated family room where relatives and loved ones can spend quality time with residents in a comfortable and welcoming environment.
