About Us

OptimalCarePlus Ltd is a Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulated provider of high-quality domiciliary care and supported living services. We deliver personalised, person-centred support to adults aged 18+ and older people within their own homes and community settings.

Our services include assistance with personal care, medication support, mobility, daily living activities, companionship, and community access. We also provide specialist support for individuals living with learning disabilities, autism, mental health conditions, dementia, physical disabilities, and complex health needs.

Operating 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we work in partnership with families, local authorities, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), and other professionals to promote independence, dignity, safety, and improved quality of life. Our approach is rooted in compassion, professionalism, and a commitment to delivering safe, responsive, and outcome-focused care tailored to each individual’s assessed needs.
