About Us

The Hadlows is a residential care home in Kent, designed to provide a supportive environment for up to nine individuals with brain injuries, challenging behaviour, epilepsy, or mental health needs. It comprises two adjoining properties, offering a warm and personalised setting.

Each individual receives a tailored, person-centred support plan, helping them identify and achieve personal goals. This support includes guidance in pursuing work experience, employment, education, or vocational training, as well as fostering personal relationships and friendships with like-minded people.

The home features nine bedrooms across the two buildings, each personalised by the residents to their own tastes. Shared spaces include multiple bathrooms, a dedicated wet room, communal living rooms, and an open-plan kitchen. There’s also a garden for outdoor activities and two vehicles for regular community outings and day trips.

A dedicated team works closely with health and community services to help individuals develop and maintain skills for daily life. Individuals are supported to enjoy independence, including working with Keyworkers on weekly food shopping and cooking activities.
