Otter Homecare Limited is a CQC-registered home care provider based in Wiltshire, offering personalised visiting care that supports people to live safely and comfortably in their own homes. Our team focuses on building warm, trusting relationships and delivering care that is genuinely centred around each person’s routines, preferences, and wellbeing.
We provide a wide range of services including personal care, medication support, meal preparation, companionship, mobility assistance, help to appointments, and support for people living with conditions such as dementia, Parkinson’s disease, diabetes, reduced mobility, and long-term health needs.
Our Care Professionals are carefully recruited, fully trained, and supported with continuous development to ensure safe, consistent and compassionate care. We use modern digital care records to give families reassurance and clear communication.
