Located in the heart of Whitton, Twickenham, Transit Community Support CIC is dedicated to delivering compassionate and professional domiciliary care to adults of all ages in the comfort of their own homes. Our comprehensive range of services is designed to support both older people (65+) and adults aged 18-64, ensuring every individual receives care uniquely tailored to their needs, preferences, and lifestyle.

We offer flexible care options including hourly visits, overnight stays, live-in care, and 24-hour support—all starting from just £25.00 per hour for privately funded clients. Our experienced, friendly team can assist with a variety of needs, including dementia and Alzheimer’s care, catheter and diabetic support, post-operative rehabilitation, and support for those living with physical disabilities or frailty. For added peace of mind, we also provide double-up care (two carers per visit), respite cover, and male or female carers on request.

At Transit Community Support CIC, we recognise that well-being goes beyond physical care. That’s why we offer companionship, cultural support tailored to faith, values, and beliefs, specialist dietary meal preparation (including vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, Kosher, and Halal), and support for the LGBTQ+ community. We can provide domestic help, assistance with medication, and are happy to accommodate pet owners.

Whether you require help around the house, support with daily activities, shopping, social outings, or just someone to talk to, our dedicated carers are here to deliver the care and respect you or your loved one deserves. We are committed to enhancing quality of life and promoting independence, all while helping you feel safe and supported at home.
