I would like to take this opportunity to introduce Lavender Care Agency Limited to you. My name is Faiza Swaleh, the Director.

Lavender Care Agency is a dynamic domiciliary care agency/provider based in Wallington . We are a domiciliary care agency/provider delivering exceptional value, service and results to both our clients and our staff. Our ethos is to lead the way in providing the best quality care services to meet the needs of individual clients & improve and sustain their quality of life.
 
We officially registered with Care Quality commission on 28th August 2018. Our provider ID: 1-4812340844. We have committed to the Social Care Commitment which sets higher standards for the delivery of excellent home care services. Our mission is to provide individualised, cost-effective, efficient care services to individuals to help them regain and live an independent life. Our unique service is tailored to the needs of our clients.
 
Our registered manager and care coordinator/supervisor have 8 and 15years experience respectively in adult care services.  They are passionate about delivering safe, quality services and have used their teaching and assessing skills to improve care delivery in the area. We wish to build a company that is renowned for giving quality care and excellent client satisfaction.
 
Lavender Care has a qualified and accredited in-house trainer whom will deliver induction training as well as all other training that meets the Skills for Care standards. Should our care staff decide to specialise in the more complex areas of care, then we can offer additional training to support them.  Lavender Care Agency also makes sure that we provide enough qualified, competent and experienced staff to enable them to meet all regulatory requirements described in the Health and Social Care Act 2008.

We currently have 10 female care and healthcare assistants including 2 male support workers available and ready to take on any work that you may have which includes but not limited to:
• Personal care
• Night sitting
• Sleep-in
• Day sitting
• Li ve-in care
• Shopping and domestic help
• Escort Services
• After hospital care
• Meal Preparation
• Companionship

Out of the 12 workers, 5 of our caregivers own a vehicle and drive. We also provide a transportation service for staff who do not drive, to and from client’s residence.

We ensure that each of our caregivers provides:
• An up to date Curriculum Vitae
• 2-3 recent employment references
• Undergo a CRB and POVA search
• Have a minimum of QCF/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care

We currently have an additional 5 caregivers waiting for their DBS to come through, once that has come through, we will have a total of 17 staff available and ready. We have a diverse workforce of staff who are experienced in care giving.
