About Us

Hope Homecare Services Limited is a CQC-registered, nurse-led specialist provider of TDDI (Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury) and complex domiciliary care for people of all ages (0+). We design and deliver safe, clinically robust packages ranging from personal care and rehabilitation through to the highest-acuity clinical interventions delivered in the home.

We support people living with brain injury and neurological conditions, chronic respiratory disease, complex comorbidity, frailty, dementia and long-term conditions. If a person can be safely and appropriately cared for at home, we create a clinically led package to make that possible — with clear care planning, risk management and escalation pathways.

Clinical capability
Our teams include NMC-registered nurses and specialist care workers. 78% of our workforce are clinically trained and competency-assessed for complex care. Our core clinical interventions include:
• PEG/enteral feeding (PEG, NJ, J — including Freka PEG systems), feed set-up, hydration flushes, site care and nutrition monitoring
• Airway clearance support and respiratory care to protect breathing and reduce choking risk
• Nebuliser therapy and inhaled medication support with monitoring
• Secretion management and swallowing-risk support
• Continence support and catheter care
• Oxygen and saturation monitoring, diabetes support and complex medication support
• Pressure-area prevention, advanced manual handling, falls prevention and mobility support

24/7 complex care models
We provide 24/7 continuous-awake teams for highest-acuity needs, including frequent clinical interventions and close observation. We also offer live-in care (with safe rest periods where clinically appropriate), waking nights, longer enabling visits, respite and escorted support.

Case management & coordination
Every package is overseen by a named case manager who coordinates care, liaises with families and professionals, and ensures plans are reviewed and adapted as needs change. We work closely with NHS teams, GPs, community nursing, occupational therapy, Integrated Care Boards and local authority teams.

Transport & community access
We provide wheelchair-accessible escorted transport to support appointments, transfers and community participation, delivered with safe moving and handling and infection prevention procedures.
