About Us

We are registered with CQQ as a provider The Care Partnership (South - West) Ltd and Rob Phillips and Adam Carrow as the Registered Managers.
We have been in business since October 2018. We have all worked in L/D services for over 20 years
We feel passionately that people need to move back to be close to the people who care for them.
Rob, Peter, Lauren, Jamie and Adam have lots of experience in providing services for people with behaviors that can be seen as challenging.
We have supported people in group settings and in individual homes.
We like small individual services based within local communities.
We employ 40 staff supporting 7 people in their own homes. In and around Taunton and West Somerset.
We have a very experienced managements team with over 90 years of working with Learning disabilities between us.

The type of people we support are similar to the person below.
They may have been placed in situations because of their behavior whereby they were sent away for assessment or have continually moved from home to home not really settling.
They needed high levels of support initially.
They have been away from their families and are now rebuilding those relationships.
They need staff teams that really do understand their needs.
They have environments built around their person - centered needs.
Their care and support has broken down with other providers.
They need specialist, unique support.
In the past they lived in bigger groups that were not compatible.
