At Ivy&Sage, we believe everyone deserves to live with dignity and independence in the comfort of their own home. Our dedicated and friendly team offers a wide range of tailor-made services for adults aged 18 and over, including 24-hour care, companionship, support for challenging behaviour and dementia (including Alzheimer’s), as well as live-in and overnight care. We cater to a variety of physical needs and provide specialist support for more complex requirements.

Whether you require assistance with daily living, medication support, shopping, food preparation, escorted outings, or respite care for family carers, our highly trained male and female carers are here to help. We respect your individuality and provide cultural support, dietary requirements, and LGBTQ+ inclusive services. We are proud to offer care and communication in English, Somali, and Swahili.

Our flexible service options include hourly visits starting from just £20.00, and we accept funding from private sources, the Local Authority (with or without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). For peace of mind, we also provide double-up care and two carers per visit if required.

About The Team

All team members hold valid DBS checks in line with safer recruitment practices. All staff complete and maintain current Infection Prevention and Control training to support safe care delivery.
