PEAH Care Services Ltd is an organisation with trained staff that provides support to people with various needs. We cover domiciliary and live in care where we support the individuals in the comfort of their home. We respect that everyone is an individual and they have to receive the care and support tailored to their needs. We work in partnership with the families to ensure that the individual gets the best care they deserve. Our main aim is to support the individuals to make choices about their lives by supporting independence. Respecting personal dignity, we build confidence and self-esteem for all the individuals in our care. All the care and support is person centred as we believe that all needs are unique and different. We believe in supporting the people in developing meaningful skills and being able to engage in meaningful activities. We work alongside the local authorities and in partnership with social workers/health professionals, we provide a smooth transitional process where we support and encourage adults to maximise their full potential to reach their independence goals at their own pace.
