About Us

Introducing Edward Street
Edward Street provides 24 hour care, 7 days per week including night staff for people with learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex needs. Everyone has their own person centred care plan which includes support with personal care, meal preparation, shopping, and access to sports and leisure activities. People are actively encouraged to access engage in activities and be an active member of their local community.

About Edward Street
A vibrant home consisting of 2, 3-bedroom bungalows situated on a quiet residential street.
All the people we support have the opportunity to personalise their own bedrooms.
Both bungalows have communal areas and hoisting facilities throughout.
Also has an accessible garden which is used frequently especially during the summer months.
Good public transport links.

At a time that is right, we are able to offer a pathway to further independent living. This might include accessing one of our Supported Living or Outreach services. We strongly believe that every person we support should receive the right level of care in an environment that meets their needs wants and wishes.
