About Us

Angels at Home was founded in memory of Joanne’s dad, Les.

During his illness, Les was cared for at home—a wish he held dearly. However, the journey was not always smooth. Joanne and her family often had to fight to ensure he received the right care, delivered with dignity and respect. This deeply personal experience inspired the creation of Angels at Home, with a mission to provide compassionate, person-centred care that truly honours the individual needs and wishes of everyone we support.

Our team of experienced support staff are committed to improving the lives of individuals and their families. We understand the importance of people remaining in their own home if that is their wish and we work closely with them to create person centred packages that meet their unique needs and goals.

All of our team have been through a rigorous interview and induction to ensure they meet the standards expected by Angels At Home Care Services.

We offer a wide range of home care services, including personal care, companion care, dementia care, respite care, 15-minute checks and weekly activity groups. Our services are tailored to the specific needs of the individual, and we work closely with them and their families to achieve this.

We understand that choosing a home care provider is a big decision and we want to make the process as easy as possible for you. That’s why we offer free consultations to help you understand the range of services we offer.

At Angels at Home, we are proud of the high-quality services we offer, that improve the quality of life for those who choose our company. We understand the importance of ensuring the individual stays the centre of the support they receive, and their wishes are followed, even when they can no longer advocate for themselves. Using comprehensive initial assessments, we are able identify where our skills are required to maintain their independence and dignity.
