About Us
About Us
Compassionate Care. Modern Solutions. A Family-Driven Mission.
Asisters Ltd is a Winchester-based, technology-enabled care company created with one clear purpose: to help people live independently, safely, and joyfully in their own homes.
What began as a family idea inspired by supporting our own grandfather has grown into a multi-award-winning organisation trusted by hundreds of families across the South Coast.
Today, Asisters is recognised not only for high-quality personal care and home support, but for leading the way in digital innovation within the social care sector.
Our Story
Founded by sisters Karen Budden and Rachael Alpha, Asisters was built around a simple belief:
care should feel personal, dependable, and uplifting — never rushed, transactional, or complicated.
From our early days community-hall launch to becoming finalists and winners at major business awards, our mission has remained the same:
✨ Empower independence.
✨ Support families with dignity and respect.
✨ Give carers a workplace where they feel valued and proud.
What started with two sisters and a vision is now a thriving team of carers, support staff, and community partners committed to making everyday life easier for the people we serve.
