Services we provide
We deliver a range of flexible, person-centred services designed to meet individual needs and preferences, including:
• Personal care and daily living support
• Dementia care
• Live-in care
• Hospital-to-home (reablement and discharge support)
• Companionship and social interaction
• End-of-life and palliative care
• Medication support and monitoring
• Meal preparation and nutrition assistance
• Shopping and domestic support
• Access to community activities and appointments
Our services are available to adults aged 65 and above, including those with physical disabilities, mental health conditions, for example, Dementia and other organic brain diseases and other long-term conditions, or age-related care needs.

Areas We Cover
We currently provide services across:
Wokingham, Bracknell, Finchampstead, Woodley, Earley, Barkham, Eversley, Binfield, Crowthorne, Winnersh, and Reading.

Our Commitment to Quality
We are fully registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and follow all relevant legislation, standards, and best practice guidelines.
All staff are:
• DBS checked
• Trained to the Care Certificate standard and beyond
• Supervised and supported through ongoing professional development
We monitor care quality through regular reviews, audits, and feedback from service users and families.

As a service user, you have the right to:
• Be treated with dignity, respect, and equality
• Make choices about your care and daily life
• Have your privacy protected and information kept confidential
• Access, review, or change your care plan at any time
• Be listened to and have your views considered
• Make a complaint without fear of discrimination or disadvantage

Safeguarding and Confidentiality
Your safety and wellbeing are our top priority.
We follow strict safeguarding policies to protect you from harm, abuse, or neglect.
All personal information is handled confidentially and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 (GDPR).
