About Us

We have over 25 years of specialist knowledge and experience in managing complex conditions including ventilation and respiratory, spinal injury, brain injury, epilepsy, neurological conditions, and learning disabilities.
We offer a flexible delivery model providing complex support services for Adults and Children nationally. This includes Live-In care, 24-hour support, wake, and sleep night services. This means that we are able to:

Support the transition of Children and Younger People to an Adult service without a break in their care package.
•
Relocate with the client and provide continuity of care without the need for a new provider.
•
Offer both Live-In and Live-Out support packages and adjust the package to best meet client needs and outcomes.
•
Provide experts by experience in traumatic injury; supporting the physical and psychological needs of the client and family
We provide progressive, personalised pathways of care that combine clinical expertise, personal support, and therapeutic and rehabilitation services.
We enable our clients to live the most rewarding lives possible in their own home.
All services are Registered to support TDDI (Treatment of disease, disorder or injury), our packages are overseen by a qualified clinician, care manager and dedicated care co-ordinator with systems allowing daily transparency of care records, incidents and supporting documentation.
