We accept self-funding arrangements, support from local authority (with and without top-up), and NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC). Our flexible hourly rates start from £26.50.

CQC stated that staff have skills and knowledge to meet their care needs and have ongoing training and support from their manager, people who use Care 4 U Wolverhampton Ltd are supported to have enough to eat and drink and maintain their health. We were praised that staff who supported service users are exceptionally kind and caring, and we listen to service users individual needs preferences & everyone is treated with dignity and respect. Care 4 U is responsive to peoples needs, care records are personalised with their requirements, likes and dislikes. Effective communication are in place to share information and service users are encouraged to give their views about the service provided, people know how to raise a concern and said they were confident any issues raised would be taken seriously. CQC said that Care 4 U Wolverhampton Ltd is extremely well lead, there is a positive and open culture within the organisation and everyone said the service was very well led. Care 4 U have a quality audit system in place to check the health and safety of people and there is an emphasis on continual learning and improving the quality of service delivery.
