Inside the home, our dedicated team will get to know you personally; your care needs,
your likes and dislikes, your history, before putting together your personalised care
plan.

sensory garden or relaxing in the lounge.

In addition, we will ensure that all of your personal care needs are met and manage
any GP and hospital appointments. We will also support any needs for other services
such as dentistry, chiropody, physiotherapy, optician and hair dressing as required.
Rooms & Facilities
Each of our 51 bedrooms vary in style and facilities but all have been designed to
ensure that you feel as comfortable here as you do in your own home. We welcome
all residents to make their bedroom their own by adding personal touches such as
photographs and furniture. Outside of your own personal space, the communal areas
of the home are designed to make you feel equally at home with plenty of areas for
relaxation and socialising; whatever you fancy.
Our dedicated housekeeping team will ensure that you feel comfortable in a clean and
tidy bedroom, they will bring fresh linen and provide laundry services.

Activities
Here at St Stephen’s your dedicated Activities Co-ordinator will ensure that there is
ample, daily opportunity to keep your mind and body active. Activities are adapted for
all ability levels
Dining
We recognise that food plays a fundamental role in our physical and mental well-being
and we ensure that our residents’ benefit from a nutritious and healthy balanced
diet. The sharing of a meal provides a wonderful opportunity for much needed social
engagement, enjoyment and relaxation and our team encourages everyone to take
part in communal mealtimes. In addition, we organise special dining events, providing
wonderful, cultural tasting experiences. Options are available for you to enjoy your
meals in your room or at alternative mealtimes.

Out and about
Residents at St Stephen’s have the convenience of Worcester’s amenities on their
doorstep and yet the quiet, residential location makes it wonderfully easy to relax and
forget that the hustle and bustle of a city centre is not far away. For those wishing to
venture out, there are plenty of shopping centres, cafés and restaurants within easy
reach. And the local area provides ample opportunity for time away from the home.
Take your pick of cultural attractions; visit the historic Worcester Cathedral or explore
the Royal Worcester Museum, located on the site of the former porcelain factory, to
learn more about the famous ceramics.
