At Aurora Community Care, we believe strong communication and partnership with families is essential. We work closely with relatives, health professionals, and other agencies to deliver consistent, reliable care that families can trust. Our carers are fully trained, DBS checked, and committed to delivering safe and compassionate support at all times.
Whether someone requires occasional help or more regular ongoing support, Aurora Community Care is here to provide reliable, flexible, and personalised care that truly makes a difference.
Additionally, we do offer our services for a two-week trial. Once you have started working with us you can cancel at any time, in the first two weeks, with no notice, only paying for the support we have provided. After that we only require one week notice if you wish to terminate the service. If your need’s change then we can change the you are supported by us.
