About Us

Established in 1992, New Concept Care & Nursing Ltd (NCCN) is a family run business with three offices based in the town of Market Weighton in the East Riding of Yorkshire, in the town of Selby in North Yorkshire and more recently acquired Meadow Lodge Home Care Services based in Sherburn-in-Elmet. Covering a wide geographical area stretching across the whole of the East Riding of Yorkshire, North Yorkshire (including the Selby District), West Yorkshire and Northern Lincolnshire. NCCN have built up services based on being flexible, at the same time as incorporating a wide range of expertise and keeping up with care sector developments.

The team at New Concept Care & Nursing are experienced and professional, with a wealth of knowledge about the best care practices. And are able to provide care and support for older people, those living with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, brain and spinal injuries, independent supported living.

NCCN offer both long and short-term care packages tailored to the individual needs of older people, those with physical disabilities, learning disabilities and mental health problems. Additionally also providing services for children and their families, domestic work or to provide relieve to a care worker or relative who needs a break.

Specialising in the provision of large care packages specifically designed for those who need a high level of care supervised by qualified nurses, including brain and spinal injury, life limiting conditions and enduring neuromuscular conditions.

The learning disabilities team provides all levels of care in this specialist area including the provision of independent supported living services.

Services are completely person centred and designed around the individual needs of each person, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to continue living safely in their own homes.
