About Us
Southern Care was founded in 2020 primarily to address the high demand of quality care in the United kingdom.
The founder of the company (Patti Nyathi) has worked extensively in the health and social care sector as a registered nurse, lead nurse, deputy manager, clinical reductor, S117 Specialist nurse for the past 22 years. Due to having served within these various roles she has become highly skilled in people management, recruiting, supervising, training, and mentoring. She is quite familiar with the needs & demands of caring for vulnerable individuals of various nature and knows how to recruit suitable candidates for the job.
Patti operates as the overall manager within the organization.
The company policy requires any concerns and complaints to be escalated to Patti as we are confident that her longstanding knowledge and skills will enable us to deal with these effectively, ensuring that we are continuously meeting the evolving needs of our clients. Having worked in this industry successfully for over 22 years, this overseeing manager has both the skills and knowledge required to deliver effective, efficient and quality services.
