- • Our internal audit from Right at Home UK (our head office) rated our service as ‘Outstanding’ overall. • We were short-listed in two categories for Kent Integrated Care Association (KiCA) awards becoming finalists in ‘Recruitment, Retention and Recognition’, also for ‘Dementia Champion’ • We partnered with a local care home ‘Osbern Manor’ and hosted a very successful summer event for clients, families and staff in association with a charity called ‘Dementia Adventure’ – we hosted the Big Green Picnic • Successfully hosted a Cake Bake for McMillian Charity in our office which was open to staff, clients and local community • Successfully hosted Father’s Day celebration with event in our office where clients and families enjoyed food and games • Hosted a special Thank you Pizza Day for our staff that consistently picked up extra calls • Continued to issue regular GEM (Going the Extra Mile) awards to our staff where staff receive certificate and Amazon vouchers voted for by their peers • Staff appreciation draw where Carers that pick up extra calls names are put into a hat and drawn randomly at end of the month and receives a gift of their choice • Excellent cross-agency partnership with our local Dementia Crisis Team • • We maintain our excellent CQC rating of Good overall and Outstanding for our responsiveness us. This is testament to our person-centred, client driven, safe and reliable care for our clients. • Our clients have provided us with fantastic feedback, as evidenced in our Work Buzz survey 2025. Almost all results are in the late 90’s or are 100 • Promoted a 2nd trainer • Employed an experienced marketing coordinator • Maintained our score of 9.9 / 10 on HomeCare.co.uk and Medway’s number 1 homecare provider for another year. This means we are Medway provider of choice based on the excellent, safe care our clients receive.
