Based in Havant, we cover a large geographical area including West Sussex, Hampshire, Portsmouth and surrounding areas. We are registered with the Care Quality Commission; the UK Home Care Association and we work closely with Social Services.

Our staff are dedicated to working together to provide a reliable, quality service which meets the needs of our customers. Every one of our staff is encouraged and supported to progress and
achieve healthcare qualifications. All staff undergo a comprehensive training programme, delivered by Educate Skills Training and are carefully vetting alongside the Disclosure and Barring
Scheme.
We undertake regular staff ‘spot checks’ and performance is monitored also by quarterly supervisions, appraisals and field reports. These processes ensure the care we provide meets our
rigorous standards and that staff training and development needs are recognised and met.

Our quality assurance process is ongoing throughout the year to ensure that we provide a consistently high level of service. The process included review visits, customer questionnaires
and six-monthly risk assessments. To give you further peace of mind, we have electronic monitoring system that notifies us if your care worker hasn’t logged in, allowing us to ensure
your care is provided in a timely manner. Our system also allows us to produce electronic MAR charts and Care Plans, enabling us to update your documents within real time, therefore we are
able to remain responsive to your changing needs.
